At the planning committee meeting on 11th August 2011 Cherwell District Council considered the detailed planning permission for a 400 house "Exemplar" development to go ahead.
At the meeting the councillors agreed, despite a great many detailed objections that the Council had received, to allow the application. Their agreement was subject to a long list of considerations being met by P3Eco and A2Dominion before work would be allowed to commence.
